Turning Photo into a Sketch!

• Open one of your favaorite photos which you would like to turn it into a sketch in Photoshop.
• Duplicate the existing background layer by dragging the background layer and drop it onto “Creating a new layer” button (the second one from the right). You now have 2 layers.
• Click on Image > Adjustments > Invert
• You will get a creepy-looking photo.
• At the “Layer Blending Mode” Selection, choose “Color Dodge.”
• Click on Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur
  Set “Radius” = 2
• Your photo becomes a little blurred now.
• Click on “Create a new layer” button to create a new layer
• At the new layer, press (Alt + Ctrl + Shift + e)at the same time to combine all the layers – but still keeps the old ones.
• Goto Image > Adjustments > Threshold
• Set “Threshold Level” = 250
• Finally, a nice sketch will be produced using these simple methods.
